If you don't currently own any of the lovely Lily-Boo images, then don't fret as Sam has provided a free download of this lovely house to work with. There is also a recipe to go with this one and it is......................2 Ribbons, 3 Flowers and 4 Brads.
For my card I coloured in the image using my Promarkers, but thought I would try and stick to pastel colours. I placed the image on the inside of my card and cut out a circle aperture on the front and then covered this with a little bit of acetate to create a window effect. I have managed to stick to the recipe...................I had to go back and count all flowers and brads! Below is a little dimensional shot so you can see the window. I have made the flowers myself using paper punches.
Recipe:
Image - Lily-Boo
Papers - Papermania Sweet Nothings
Ribbons - From my stash
Tools - Fiskars Shape Cutter, Flower Punches, Fiskars Shape Scissors, Promarkers
Sentiment - Royal Langnickel Home Rub ons
Oh, update on Pinata................... it's taking shape now. I have the ears on and the legs, I was a little worried that it looked like a cat but I think I might get away with it!! There is still paste covering my kitchen cabinets but hopefully I will be able to seal it up soon. I will take a piccy once finished, believe me you don't want to see it at the moment. That's it from me. Toodles Nettie.x
