Thrifty Crafting!

Well here goes....................
This is my very first edition to my newly born blog. I have been trying to pluck up the courage to start my own blog for a few months now. So after much debating and faffing about with colours, pictures and fonts, here it is. I hope I won't be alone out here in blog land for long.

I thought I would start my first post with my version of thrifty crafting. I had saved the plastic tub from fabric detergent a while ago but hadn't decided what to do with it. I needed some storage for my sizzix cut out dies, so I came up with this little beauty....
I would love to know your thoughts.

  1. My wife has found it hard to get this blog up and running but it looks very good for the first go she has had in setting it up.
I am very please in what she as done with a little help from me.

  2. Well now I have found you there will be no hiding your crafty bits from me.
well done you with your thrifty box ready for your stash.Look forward to more crafting hopefully next week.
    see you soon xx

  3. sorry forgot to sort punches out for you to do more thrifty crafting.
My bit of thrifting is that I have sorted out all the coloured envelopes that I have saved for & now realise all the things I can make out of them. also I'm not very good at throwing away used wrapping paper as I use it for similar crafting tasks.

  4. Don't forget to cut your buttons off items you are going to bin as you can use them for your crafting & at no cost.
I also found some fab containers with handles in a shop where everything is 99p, they are so handy but you have to buy when you see them.

  5. what a lovely card & good luck with the competition

Thank you for stopping by and reading my blog. I love every comment I receive. Thank you Nettie.x
