Hi everybody, it's Friday again............so you know what that mean's, another Polka Doodles challenge. The lovely Brenda is taking a turn again and she has set us the challenge of doing a Boy's card. This is perfect timing for me as my nephew's birthday is coming up thick and fast. Take a look at this cutie...............
Now we have all been a little bit pre-occupied this week, as Nikky's new CD will launch this weekend on Create and Craft. Nikky will be appearing on your screen's on Sunday 27th June at 2pm, with the new CD called Paper Boutique Creative Christmas. So yes we have all been getting into the Christmas spirit and making samples. There are as usual some fab images on this CD, so you won't be disappointed. Now onto my card..........
I have used the Funky Monkey image for my card this week. As you can guess this fit's with Kieran's personality very well!! I have kept it very simple, but I think that the image is detailed enough. I have also used some leaf print acetate from Papermania, which allowed me to add the back image as well.
I'm not quite sure where the funky foam letters are from, but I found them in my stash. This monkey can be printed off in various different size's to suit you needs, but this one is the A6 size.
A quick view of the inside, so that you can the back image of the monkey. Again please don't forget, if you like Nikky's CD's then please pop the telly on Sunday to catch a glimpse of the new CD at 2pm. Take care and look forward to visiting your blogs. Nettie.xx
I love this concept of the acetate...I haven't used it on a card in ages and it looks so impressive! Love that you made the back of the monkey inside, simpley adorable. And the cutie tyke in the car is so sweet!
